Terms and Conditions for Discount Offer:

This promotional offer of a discounted service rate is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Discount Application:

   • The discounted service rates apply only upon acceptance of a 15-month service contract.

   • The 3% service rate is applicable solely to our Diamond level service package with a 15-month commitment.

   • The 5% service rate applies to our Gold and Platinum service packages with a 15-month commitment.

   • Additional rate reductions, including multiple property discounts, cannot be combined with this offer.

2. Discount Duration and Agreement Terms:

   • The discounted rate is applicable to the first month of service only.

   • The client is required to fulfill the entire 15-month service contract to maintain the discounted rate.

   • Failure to complete the 15-month agreement will result in the then-current management fee rate being applied, along with applicable cancellation fees.

   • The differential of the discount not utilized in the first month will be withheld from compensation to the property owner and evenly distributed as a credit against future service fees for the remaining 14 months.

3. Other Conditions:

   • All terms and conditions of the service agreement apply to be eligible for the discounted rates.

   • This offer is subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
